Your personal pick and mix will give you an auditory cuddle, whenever you feel you would like to step out of your stressful world for an hour or so.

My recordings provide just the escape you are looking for.

You may want to imagine yourself sitting alone on a river bank in the pouring rain, listening to the wonderful natural sounds around you (with the bonus of staying dry); or on a warm sandy beach listening to the waves gently cleansing the shore and washing all your worries away, perhaps for just a moment, perhaps longer. Maybe the sound of the wind in the trees and rain dripping down on a tent relaxes you. You could even be curled up in a comfy chair in front of a crackling log fire, with a cat fast asleep purring on your lap and the grandfather clock in the background slowly ticking away your stresses.

The choice is entirely yours, you choose what you would like to hear.

For deep relaxation and meditation a mixture of binaural beats woven into drone cords can stimulate your brain waves to give you hypnotic harmony and balance.

Children as well as adults can benefit from these specially selected recordings - babies are soothed by the familiarity of womb sounds for example.

My recordings are particularly useful if you are having trouble concentrating whilst working or studying. They can also be used to successfully block out annoying background noises, such as traffic or building works.

Once you have let me know your sound selection, I will build your chosen recording and deliver them either on a CD, memory stick, or as a download direct to your computer.
