Life Coaching & Hypnotherapy

Let me help you.

Hello, my name is Karl and I want to help you to become the best possible you.

I will give you all the tools and support you need to do this. Together we can reach your goals. I cover Ashford and its surrounding areas and practice out of my clinics in Kennington and Charing. Each appointment lasts for approximately 1 hour, and clients can have as many or as few sessions as they wish. I will always leave you feeling positive when you leave our session. I have a totally holistic approach to my practice and a non judgmental attitude to all my clients. Contact me today for a free initial telephone conversation or send me an e-mail - I am always here - and I will explain how my holistic approach could work for you.

I am aware that for some people, travelling to a clinic can be a problem, either physically or emotionally. With this in mind, I can also offer home visits if appropriate, or Skype consultations. Please contact me to discuss whether or not this may be suitable for you.

What is a life coach?

A life coach is someone who aims to help and empower others to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals - for example excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled in the home, exploring the self and the world, and achieving ambitions.

At the heart of it all lies the idea that clients must be given the power & tools to help themselves.

Life coaches talk to you about your goals and ambitions, areas of your life you wish to improve and issues you want to resolve, and then work with you using a variety of methods to address each of these areas.

What is hypnotherapy, and how does it work?

Firstly, forget anything you have seen on television. You will not run around the room like a headless chicken, or want to eat whole onions thinking they are apples! Hypnotherapy can not make you do anything you would not normally do.

Hypnosis is a natural state that we all enter into in varying degrees everyday. For example, when your mind wanders off, you are aware of everything going on around you but you choose to continue to daydream, until someone waves their hand at you and brings you back. This daydreaming is a very light state of hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a state of consciousness which involves a therapist guiding your attention so that you are completely focussed. Hypnotherapy harnesses this heightened attention.

By suspending the mind in this state, hypnotherapy can unlock the immense power of the subconscious, opening it up to positive suggestion. You can learn to suppress cravings, deal with phobias, fears and anxieties or experience drug free pain relief - whatever you would like to achieve.
